Make the 199-step climb up to the top of Cape May Light and enjoy incredible views, check out the gorgeous beachfront Victorian estates, or head to Sunset Beach and try to collect some Cape May diamonds.

The Smithville Inn opened as a stagecoach stop in 1787 and continues to operate as a restaurant. It sits in a small cobblestone village that offers shopping, paddleboats, and a carousel.
